The role involves contributing to core agents, utilizing prompt engineering with foundation LLMs, and making significant technical decisions. The position offers flexibility for remote or in-person work in NYC, with a focus on building innovative solutions for startups.
Qualification
- 3-7 years of software engineering experience with strong coding skills
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Experience with customizing Cursor / Windsurf / Claude Code
- Experience deploying and maintaining services in a distributed systems environment
- Familiarity with Typescript, Postgres, NextJS, Prisma, and Docker
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment
- Knowledge of tools like Langsmith and Langchain for building agents
Responsibility
- Contribute to the development of core agents and test them on personal network use cases
- Utilize prompt engineering and fine-tuning with foundation LLMs
- Make technical decisions regarding new design patterns and architect agent development
- Collaborate with the founding team to achieve product-market fit
- Engage in hands-on coding and software engineering tasks
