They are seeking a meticulous Frontend Engineer to translate Figma designs into responsive interfaces, work closely with a designer, and lead A/B testing experiments to improve teacher retention and activation. Qualification
- Strong frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience with React or similar frameworks
- Obsessive attention to design details and spacing
- Ability to work independently and ship fast
- Comfortable with rapid iteration and experimentation
Responsibility
- Convert Figma designs to production code with attention to detail
- Ship A/B tests through PostHog and implement feature flags
- Work in tight cycles with the designer to iterate rapidly
- Build and maintain the design system using Solid.js and Tailwind
- Ensure fast, responsive experiences across devices
