The Director of Data Science for Ads Measurement & Attribution at Pinterest will lead the strategy for understanding the value of Pinterest for advertisers. The position requires collaboration with engineering and product teams and representation of Pinterest's scientific efforts externally.

Responsibility
- Define and drive the end-to-end science strategy for ads measurement and attribution across various platforms.
- Establish a coherent framework integrating incrementality testing, causal inference, calibrated attribution, and geo experimentation.
- Champion privacy-centric methodologies such as clean rooms and differential privacy.
- Lead the design and governance of lift studies for A/B testing to guide investment decisions.
- Build standardized experiment design patterns and diagnostics for experiment quality.
- Develop causal estimators and variance reduction techniques to enhance sensitivity and speed to signal.
- Evolve multi-touch and data-driven attribution approaches to adapt to cookie deprecation and cross-device fragmentation.
