Qualification
- Experience in business operations or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
Responsibility
- Identify and scope operational pain points across functions and lead structured problem-solving efforts
- Own short sprints (2–4 weeks) to deeply understand a part of the business and drive real change
- Design, implement, and optimize processes that help teams scale efficiently
- Build lightweight tools, dashboards, or workflows to help teams track and measure their impact
- Partner with team leads and company leadership to align on goals, timelines, and key success metrics
- Document learnings and leave systems better than found
