The Channel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing government and NGO partnerships, driving provider adoption of Playground's platform, and ensuring the success of government-funded initiatives. The role requires strong relationship management skills and a proven sales background, particularly in the public sector.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Public Sector partnerships, ideally with government clients at the state level.
  • Proven sales background with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a book of business.
  • Experience selling into government agencies, preferably at the state level, with a preference for SaaS, edtech, or govtech experience.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and drive adoption and growth across accounts.
  • Must have carried a quota in previous roles.

Responsibility

  • Develop relationships with government and NGO partners to ensure Playground's involvement in child care investments.
  • Manage relationships with government-funded groups and state clients, building trust with key decision-makers.
  • Drive adoption of Playground’s platform among childcare providers in state-funded programs through tailored strategies.
  • Design and lead webinars and training sessions for government stakeholders and their provider networks.
  • Monitor program health by tracking key performance indicators and implementing solutions to improve retention and satisfaction.
