They are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead their Mid-Market and SMB sales teams, driving revenue and managing a team of Account Executives. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, sales strategy development, and performance optimization.

Qualification

  • 5-7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to build sales pipelines from scratch in greenfield markets.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Mid-Market and SMB segments.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDIC, and full-cycle selling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong coaching, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence to motivate teams and foster positive work environments.

Responsibility

  • Manage and coach a team of 5-6 Account Executives to achieve sales quotas and develop their skills.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and SMB accounts, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Handle support quota for complex or high-value sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and analyze market trends.
  • Track performance metrics and KPIs to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and data integrity.
  • Analyze sales data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve sales outcomes.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for team development.
