Qualification
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work.
- Comfortable with regular customer interactions via chat and video.
- Ability to analyze customer use cases and recommend tailored solutions.
- Highly organized and diligent in work ethic.
- Interest in experimenting with the product and conceptualizing new workflows.
- Experience with creating and manipulating data dashboards in analytics tools is a major plus.
Responsibility
- Host calls with customers to assist with onboarding and educate them about new features.
- Establish a customer success motion and related processes.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop tools and provide product feedback.
- Create scalable educational resources for customers, including webinars and written content.
- Identify underutilizing customers and engage them to improve product usage.
- Utilize Pylon for internal customer success processes and provide feedback on product features.
