The role involves collaborating closely with engineers and co-founders to address customer feedback and create high-fidelity designs. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make significant contributions to the product's design.
Qualification
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
- Very organized, hard working, and fast
- Interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
- Strong product design skills with a focus on visual design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibility
- Hand off designs to engineering within the first 7 days
- Understand customer problems and feedback
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout projects
- Navigate problem and solution spaces with cofounders and peers
- Communicate differing opinions and facilitate constructive decisions
- Think through broad user flows for new features
- Generate high fidelity mocks and consider UI/UX
- Build up the design system alongside engineering partners
- Validate design choices with analytics
