UX/UI Designer - Remote Europe

Reedsy is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their remote team in Europe. The role involves collaborating with founders, the Lead Designer, and the engineering team to create beautiful interfaces and enhance user experiences across multiple products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UX/UI design and a strong portfolio.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- Ability to implement designs
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch or Figma
- Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- A portfolio of design work
- Good critical eye for detail
- Fluency in English and great communication skills
- Experience working remotely
Responsibility
- Design new user journeys, features, and products
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving existing applications
- Design and maintain components, UI patterns, and documentation for the design system
- Develop front-end for designs and collaborate with the engineering team for implementation
- Work closely with founders and the Lead Designer to craft outstanding user experiences
