Qualification
- 2–5 years of experience recruiting in the aerospace industry
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical talent, especially engineers
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and driven by results
- Exceptional communicator with a bias for action
- Ability to manage a high volume of searches with urgency and precision
Responsibility
- Hunt down top-tier engineering, manufacturing, and operations talent
- Lead outbound recruiting efforts for engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations roles
- Build and maintain pipelines of aerospace professionals across core disciplines
- Engage top candidates with tailored outreach and personalized follow-up
- Partner with hiring leads to define role requirements and drive fast hiring decisions
- Represent Reflect Orbital at industry events and conferences
