Qualification
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Deep technical background with mobile development
- Experience with mobile-specific web APIs and native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin)
- Familiarity with React and React Native or similar frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for technical leadership and people management
Responsibility
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of mobile design engineers
- Define the technical vision and strategy for mobile design systems
- Partner closely with design, product, and engineering leadership
- Drive best practices for mobile-first development
- Oversee the architecture of complex mobile UI components and systems
- Champion accessible, responsive interfaces
