The company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a GTM Recruiting Operator to build and optimize their recruiting processes for sales, customer success, and operations teams. Responsibility
- Run the top of the funnel for GTM hiring — sourcing, messaging, and qualifying world-class talent.
- Build a predictable, data-driven recruiting machine (1,000+ personalized InMails/month).
- Partner with hiring managers and execs to understand what elite looks like in each role.
- Identify patterns — from athlete traits to startup grit — to refine who we hire.
- Track conversion metrics, analyze funnels, and optimize pass-through rates daily.
- Protect the bar. Never settle for average.
