The ideal candidate should have a strong background in blockchain, traditional finance, and DeFi, with a focus on driving growth strategies and market insights.

- Experience in product marketing for DeFi or crypto products.
- Deep understanding of traditional financial markets.
- Strong experience in leading product marketing in a constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to form data-driven viewpoints on growth strategies and tactics.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibility
- Be the subject matter expert in prospective markets, customer/partner segments, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop segment-specific go-to-market strategies for Ripple’s institutional DeFi solutions.
- Own the strategy, coordination, and execution of new product features and partner launches.
- Partner with the business development team to drive engagement and joint go-to-market opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to activate the go-to-market strategy.
