The Forward Deployed Product Manager at Sendbird will lead customer deployments of the AI Agent platform, bridging customer feedback with the product roadmap. Qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in a product management or product-facing role.
- A degree in Computer Science or a technical equivalent.
- Understanding of code with a desire to be business-facing.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve messy problems.
- Confidence to lead externally and humility to learn quickly.
- Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
Responsibility
- Lead high-impact customer deployments of the AI Agent platform from pilot to production.
- Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and design production-grade agents.
- Capture insights from the field and provide clear feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to internal tooling and playbooks for faster and more reliable deployments.
- Collaborate closely with users to solve complex problems and deliver measurable value.
