Sendbird is seeking an AI Agent Product Management Intern to support the development of their AI Agent platform. The intern will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance customer experiences through intelligent agents. Ideal candidates are passionate about AI and eager to learn.

- Experience or coursework related to product management or AI technologies.
Responsibility
- Support the AI Agent Product Manager in defining and refining product strategy and roadmap for Sendbird’s AI Agent.
- Participate in market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities for the AI Agent.
- Learn to navigate the AI technology stack, including LLM evaluation and RAG pipelines, assisting in documentation and evaluations.
- Support and lead new initiatives, including drafting product requirement documents and tracking post-launch performance.
- Participate in weekly product reviews and OKR check-ins, contributing insights and supporting team execution.
- Assist in preparing product demos, presentations, and customer communication materials.
