Serve Robotics is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the North Region to oversee day-to-day operations of their autonomous delivery robots. The role involves managing a team, ensuring operational safety, and driving market performance while focusing on customer satisfaction and fleet reliability.

- Experience in a 24/7 operational environment
Responsibility
- Directly manage and coach a team of 5-8 salaried station leaders across multiple sites and regions in a 24/7 environment
- Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide regular feedback to promote accountability, safety, and high performance
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing and morale
- Lead the successful execution of daily robot operations, including dispatch, maintenance, and field response
- Monitor service levels and coordinate cross-functionally to quickly resolve disruptions or escalations
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Own all local SOPs and ensure consistent application across your teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to the key safety, quality and cost business pillars
