Qualification
- 2+ years of agency experience in travel planning.
- Excellent sales skills and ability to meet sales productivity levels.
- Experience with GDS systems (Apollo) and CRM systems (ClientBase).
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate client data and invoicing in accounting systems.
Responsibility
- Plan and arrange vacation reservations with airlines, car rentals, hotels, tours, and cruise lines.
- Adhere to the sales process and secure reservations using preferred software (GDS, CRM).
- Record and track all client data and travel purchases in ClientBase.
- Proactively market new travel offers to existing clients and maintain accurate client profiles.
- Serve as a resource for travelers throughout the sales process and post-travel.
