Great Hill Solutions, LLC, part of the Seneca Nation Group, is seeking a NavAir Model Based Systems Engineering Specialist (MBSE) to provide model-based systems engineering support for the Naval Air Systems Command (NavAir) in the Patuxent River, MD area. The role involves supporting the Digital Analytics, Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group and leading metric dashboard initiatives.
Qualification
- Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to develop system models and simulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibility
- Support systems engineering functions by developing executable architectures, system models, simulations, or analysis of architectures.
- Perform Model Based Systems Engineering activities for the DAiTA Group and its customers.
- Lead and oversee metric dashboard initiatives related to the Naval LIFT / IME.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in systems engineering processes.
