Qualification

- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with cloud services and network diagnostics.
- Ability to analyze logs and incident tickets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Responsibility
- Provide technical support for drone and cloud features to customers.
- Perform on-device firmware troubleshooting and mission configuration optimization.
- Diagnose cloud network issues for both first and third-party services.
- Analyze logs and existing incident tickets to identify root causes of flight issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
