Qualification
- 3-5+ years of full-time Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design passion and foundations
- Ability to own design process from concept to implementation
- Collaborate strategically with Product and Engineering teams
- Sharp attention to detail and mastery over design craft
- Expertise in design systems and related processes
- Degree in HCI, web/media design, or related fields (preferred)
Responsibility
- Design experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet platforms
- Collaborate with other designers in ideation sessions
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers
- Own all aspects of design execution
- Create design solutions utilizing scalable systems
- Contribute to the development of the design system
- Innovate and improve upon existing design standards
