Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of experience in IT systems, or 7+ years of experience without a degree.
- 3+ years of experience with Windows servers in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience with Active Directory, Kerberos, and multi-platform authentication.
- 1+ years of experience with networking technologies and Linux operating systems.
- Top Secret Clearance required.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with IT administrators and engineers to gather requirements and support enterprise software platforms.
- Apply lessons learned and technology standards in smaller air-gapped environments.
- Manage processes, systems, and tools to support SpaceX's interplanetary goals.
- Implement improvements using change control methodology.
- Design and deliver creative solutions while resolving problems proactively.
- Document and follow standards for systems design, testing, and implementation.
- Drive scripting and automation to solve common problems.
