- Manage a multi-level organization across various shifts, providing feedback and conflict resolution.
- Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve high results.
- Monitor and improve operations to ensure a safe work environment with zero OSHA recordables.
- Ensure quality practices meet AS9100 and customer requirements.
- Manage inventory processes including receipt, storage, and issuance of parts and hardware.
- Provide industry-leading customer service and adapt operations to meet business needs.
