Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in product development and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in new product introduction (NPI) processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning.
Responsibility
- Own a product from design to launch, coordinating with stakeholders to define the roadmap and ensure manufacturability.
- Serve as the key technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to meet production targets and ensure successful product launches.
- Act as the business point of contact between internal and external customers, coordinating with business, UX, and engineering teams during the NPI phase.
- Translate new product strategies into business requirements and technical deliverables to meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through market research, data analysis, and beta testing campaigns.
- Support engineering failure analysis and root cause investigation during initial rollout and early production of new products.
- Motivate and support peers to achieve program goals.
- Prepare relevant updates and deliverables for senior management.
