The role involves engaging with landlords, ensuring compliance with lease requirements, and supporting maintenance projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of facilities or property management experience OR 5+ years of facilities or property management experience
- Project or program management experience
- Knowledge of maintenance and management systems
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibility
- Conduct property inspections and prepare for landlord visits
- Manage projects related to facilities, construction, and security
- Engage landlords for project approvals and updates
- Ensure compliance with contractual lease requirements
- Organize documents in Smartsheet, Confluence, and Yardi
- Develop reports for lease metric tracking
- Create and participate in meetings with executive leadership
