The Spread Group is an international lifestyle and fashion-tech company focused on customizable products that meet customer expectations. They are seeking a Teamlead for Accounts Payable to manage the accounts payable team and ensure proper processing of all creditor transactions. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model from their Leipzig headquarters.
Qualification
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Further training as a balance sheet accountant or comparable qualification is advantageous
- Several years of experience in accounts payable and team leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems like ABAS or MSD 365
- Strong team player with communication skills, service orientation, and a hands-on mentality
- Independent, structured, and analytical working style
- Fluent in German and English
Responsibility
- Lead the accounts payable team for German and European entities
- Actively participate in daily operations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and verification of invoices and payment approvals
- Establish and optimize processes within the department and the company
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
