Responsibility
- Own the medical group performance towards targeted metrics for an assigned portfolio of providers.
- Develop and execute strategic, data-driven action plans for each provider group to close performance gaps.
- Analyze provider performance data to generate strategic insights into underlying causes of performance gaps.
- Identify and surface opportunities for performance improvement at the medical group and network level.
- Act as the primary accountability partner for provider partners.
