Qualification
- MD or DO degree with relevant clinical experience
- Experience in managing ACOs or risk-based contracts
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and analytics
- Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders
Responsibility
- Clinical management and oversight for MSSP ACO and risk-based payor contracts
- Develop performance strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Create new interventions and levers to enhance care delivery
- Collaborate with product, operations, risk adjustment, and quality management teams
- Engage with key stakeholders at Payor and Provider entities to support customer and provider success
