Qualification
- 5-7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong background in designing and implementing software solutions.
- Experience with prototyping and proof-of-concept development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
Responsibility
- Design, architect, and implement high-quality prototypes and proof-of-concepts that test and demonstrate innovative features and ideas.
- Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer and a tight-knit team to rapidly prototype and validate new ideas.
- Participate in in-person Concept Workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Iterate on prototypes based on feedback and testing results.
- Utilize best-fit technology for each challenge in the prototyping process.
