Qualification
- MS/MA + 2 years or BS/BA + 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- Expertise in data visualization and making data-driven recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate results clearly and drive impact.
- Comfortable collaborating across functions to identify and solve data analytics problems.
Responsibility
- Partner with teams across Stripe to provide data insights and support business decisions.
- Extract insights from complex datasets to inform company initiatives.
- Translate business needs into data problems and solutions.
- Build metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
