Responsibility
- Report on campaign performance to help marketing teams assess lead quality and persona alignment
- Summarize MQL data post-campaign and evaluate lead qualification, processing, and routing
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to audit, clean, and enrich contact lists based on event registration requirements
- Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track campaign attribution and sales follow-up effectiveness
- Monitor lead flow and system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed lead lists for event attendees to upload into CRM adhering to strict privacy policy
- Enrich third party account lists using available data sources
- Assist marketing teams in setting up campaigns in Salesforce, including building UTMs
