The Sales Enablement & Training Specialist at Stripe will be responsible for delivering onboarding programs and skills workshops to enhance the sales team's performance. This role involves engaging with new hires and current team members to improve their understanding of Stripe's products and sales strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective training content.
Qualification
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Experience in developing training materials and programs
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies
Responsibility
- Lead onboarding and 101/201 live training sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective training experience for new hires
- Organize and facilitate sales skills workshops to uplevel seller performance in our SF hub
- Be prepared to travel to other areas of your region and support virtual delivery for the APAC team
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify their unique enablement needs and sales skills gaps
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, role-plays, and interactive exercises that enhance efficiency and drive business outcomes
