About the Role

- We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own Sully's technical project delivery across all areas of business. You will build processes around sprint cadence, delivery standards, and communicate technical milestones to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai http://Sully.ai's agents and teams.
• Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases.
• Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication.
• Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.

Hard Requirements

• 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
