Suno is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the company's strategy function. You'll turn strategic ambiguity into executable plans, run leadership cadences, build strategic frameworks, and manage cross-functional initiatives (including M&A diligence, partnerships, and pricing strategy). Ideal for someone with consulting experience who wants to see recommendations translated into action and who can collaborate with Finance, Data, and Tech leadership.
Qualification
- 5-7 years at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth tech company in strategy/ops/corp dev.
- Experience building financial models and performing quantitative analysis; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Track record of managing complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives and communicating effectively up to leadership.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a 0→1 mindset; capable of defining problems and delivering solutions; comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results across product, data, engineering, legal, and finance.
- Experience with partnerships, corporate development, or M&A diligence is a plus.
Responsibility
- Lead leadership cadences and executive decision-making processes, ensuring context-rich, aligned discussions.
- Design and maintain strategic frameworks, forecasting models, and scenario planning to guide goal setting and resource allocation.
- Partner with the Data team to analyze retention, growth drivers, and product performance; translate data into actionable leadership insights.
- Manage partnerships from evaluation to execution, including due diligence, financial modeling for ROI, and coordinating cross-functional teams (product, tech, legal) for integration.
- Own special projects addressing marketplace dynamics, prioritization, TAM sizing, new monetization strategies, pricing, and packaging.
- Support M&A diligence and broader company planning, translating strategic recommendations into actionable initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and leadership offsites to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously and communicate progress to the C-suite and stakeholders.
