This role focuses on making the onboarding process efficient and effective, ensuring users see value quickly. Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new provider organizations, from first contact through full activation
- Drive outreach and engagement to help bring new practices into the funnel and get them excited to try Tandem
- Deliver training sessions, onboarding walkthroughs, and help materials tailored to different user types (e.g., staff, clinicians, administrators)
- Build repeatable playbooks and self-serve resources to help onboarding scale efficiently
- Monitor activation and adoption data to identify blockers and intervene proactively
- Drive usage of key features and ensure providers are effectively integrated into Tandem's workflows
