The role involves identifying and engaging exceptional talent, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, and optimizing sourcing strategies. This position is pivotal in shaping the company's culture and growth, emphasizing a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
Qualification
- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies
- Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably Ashby
- Analytical skills to track and optimize sourcing metrics
Responsibility
- Research, identify, and engage top talent across a variety of roles and levels
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and shape ideal candidate profiles
- Build and manage diverse pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies—direct outreach, referrals, events, communities, and research-driven insights
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in our ATS (Ashby)
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continually optimize outreach, conversion, and pipeline quality
