As a Recruiter at Turnkey, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for both technical and business roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and streamline processes. This role is pivotal in building and refining recruiting systems to support the company's rapid growth in a high-impact environment.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record of successfully closing candidates across technical and business functions
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment and ability to represent Turnkey with professionalism

Responsibility

  • Manage searches end-to-end: source, screen, interview, and close top candidates across multiple departments
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure alignment
  • Source creatively and strategically to identify talent beyond traditional channels
  • Own candidate experience from first touch through close, ensuring high standards
  • Maintain organized, high-quality data and reporting within our ATS
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define hiring plans
  • Strengthen Turnkey’s employer brand through storytelling and consistent messaging
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes to increase efficiency and quality of hire
