Tennr is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own a healthcare-focused vertical in its B2B SaaS platform. You'll lead go-to-market messaging, own product content, and analyze audiences to fuel launches, enable Sales and CS, and drive customer experiences across healthcare referrals.
Qualification
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in a startup environment, ideally in B2B SaaS; healthcare/healthtech experience is a plus.
- Strong writing ability with experience producing short-form and long-form content; ability to embody the Tennr brand voice; provide writing samples.
- Creative thinker who can connect strategy to content and build compelling campaigns.
- Experience with persona-driven marketing and the ability to learn new markets and buyer personas.
- Experience enabling Sales and Customer Success through collateral development (one-pagers, decks, training materials, web content).
- Experience with competitive positioning in healthcare or other regulated markets; comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with Designers and Product teams.
- Healthcare/healthtech domain knowledge is a nice-to-have bonus.
Responsibility
- Develop and align product marketing messaging and positioning across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support Tennr's healthcare referrals platform.
- Own persona-driven marketing by researching healthcare buyer personas and markets and creating messaging frameworks that differentiate the product.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with collateral (one-pagers, decks, training materials, and web content) and collaborate with designers on assets.
- Lead competitive analysis and positioning to differentiate Tennr in highly competitive healthcare verticals.
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns and product launches, partnering with Product and Demand Gen to drive awareness and adoption.
- Analyze audience insights, market data, and feedback to inform strategy and content; produce internal analyses and external content for campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to feed product messaging into brand experiences and drive market expansion.
