Responsibility
- Lead and manage data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and cross-team collaboration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and leverage data for AI and machine learning.
- Oversee AI system design, problem framing, and governance, managing risks and issues.
- Design, develop, and implement data science strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Design experiments to test ideas and assumptions, identifying future courses of action.
- Select machine learning models for production deployment using quality metrics.
- Communicate technical findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Promote a culture of data literacy and contribute to the growth of the data science community.
- Address ethical concerns and adhere to ethical guidelines using FATTER AI principles.
- Work with CD4ML practices and data versioning tools.
