Qualification
- Proven experience in modernisation and migration strategies.
- Strong consultative skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Ability to create and implement large-scale transformation strategies.
- Experience in the retail banking sector is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients and colleagues.
Responsibility
- Partner with different business verticals to identify modernization opportunities aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, lead generation, and proposal creation while educating clients and colleagues on the value of services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and stakeholders, helping them achieve business goals and redefine their industry.
- Create points of view and solution content based on client needs, defining progressive practices to scale efforts.
- Drive the creation of industry-leading intellectual property and best practices for modernizing legacy retail banking systems.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to support delivery teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources for successful engagement.
- Stay current with Thoughtworks' business strategy and technology goals.
- Achieve billing targets by being fully or fractionally staffed on client engagements.
