Qualification
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across multiple platforms.
- Experience with user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with design systems and visual identity development.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Responsibility
- Design and own the end-to-end buyer experience across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Drive strategy and execution of core product areas including onboarding, discovery, purchase experience, and checkout.
- Champion user needs through research and data analysis to identify problems and design high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to define roadmaps and ideate new features and improvements.
- Advocate for design excellence by applying UX principles and raising the bar for craft across the company.
- Contribute to and evolve the Tilt Design System and brand identity.
- Lead design culture by mentoring team members and establishing design processes.
