The Founding Strategy & Operations role involves owning strategic projects, analyzing operational data, and driving product improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate has a blend of consulting and startup experience, with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in high-growth environments or ambiguity-heavy roles (e.g. startups, consulting, VC/PE/IB)
- End-to-end ownership with a track record of expansively owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams
- Strong analytical toolkit: advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills (data cleaning, analysis, and modeling)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and willingness to roll up sleeves
- Experience in diagnosing workflow bottlenecks and driving efficiency improvements
Responsibility
- Own Strategic Projects: Scope, structure, and execute cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Analyze, Model & Report: Build financial, operational, and workforce models, design dashboards to track KPIs, and generate insights to guide decisions.
- Drive Product Improvement: Translate on-the-ground insights into product requirements; operationalize new features and workflows.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research to inform go-to-market, expansion, and product strategy.
