- Drive improvements in IT support processes and employee experience.
- Lead enterprise systems strategy and architecture for company-wide applications and workflows.
- Establish standards for application lifecycle management, including vendor selection and onboarding.
- Oversee automation initiatives and workflow optimization across SaaS platforms.
