Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the payments and FX space.
  • Proven success working with clients across EMEA and LATAM.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and resilient mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including prioritisation and time management.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibility

  • Leverage FX expertise to understand client needs and promote Verto's solutions.
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through various outreach methods.
  • Drive the sales pipeline across all stages: prospecting, outreach, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and utilise a network of potential clients; an existing client book is advantageous.
  • Engage with multiple decision-makers to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas and earn rewards for performance.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to upsell and cross-sell products.
