Wander is seeking a Brand Designer to enhance its visual identity and brand perception globally. The role involves defining the brand's visual language and creating high-quality designs across various platforms. The designer will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure brand consistency and elevate the overall brand experience.
Qualification
- 4+ years of brand or visual design experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
- A stunning portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual craft, and brand storytelling.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with motion, Webflow, or 3D is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and emotional resonance in design.
- Ability to think systemically while knowing when to innovate beyond the system.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and managing a variety of creative tasks.
Responsibility
- Define the brand by developing and refining Wander’s visual language including color, typography, imagery, motion, and layout systems.
- Create high-quality designs for web, email, print, packaging, social media, and merchandise.
- Apply exceptional craft and taste to ensure consistency and clarity in brand moments.
- Collaborate with marketers, product designers, writers, and engineers to bring the brand to life across different disciplines.
- Build scalable systems and templates while continuously evolving the brand in innovative ways.
- Create high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
