Qualification
- Previous experience in project management or property management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibility
- Coordinate consultation calls with property owners and internal team members
- Document action items and decisions during onboarding calls
- Maintain communication with property owners regarding onboarding progress
- Collect necessary property information and documentation
- Track timelines for property setup and vendor onboarding
- Manage calendar transfers for property bookings into the platform
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to property owners during onboarding
