They are seeking a Strategic People Partner to enhance employee experience and support talent initiatives as the company grows. The role involves collaborating across teams to improve organizational design, performance coaching, and talent management.
Qualification
- Experience in HR or People Operations roles with a focus on strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Strong understanding of organizational design and effectiveness principles.
- Ability to use people analytics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in performance coaching and talent management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Responsibility
- Support Organizational Design & Effectiveness by partnering with business leads to assess and evolve team structures.
- Facilitate organization health reviews using people analytics to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Support managers on change management, team design, and culture alignment as their organizations scale.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify development needs and learning priorities across functions.
