Welltech is a global leader in the Health & Fitness industry, seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to launch and manage advertising campaigns on paid social channels targeting health and fitness audiences. The role involves optimizing campaigns, collaborating with designers, and staying updated on industry trends. The position offers full relocation support to Cyprus.
Qualification
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in User Acquisition
- Practical experience with a large budget in Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads/TikTok/Snapchat)
- Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions
- Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
- Experience with Google Analytics/Tableau/Clarisight will be a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
Responsibility
- Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization and scaling
- Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization
- Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reporting
- Researching and evaluating new user acquisition channels
- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies
- Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls
