Responsibility
- Lead due diligence engagements for Private Equity and Corporate Strategic clients in the Software & High-Tech sector.
- Evaluate market opportunities, product technology, and operating models to assess their impact on margins and growth.
- Manage teams serving Software & High-Tech and Private Equity clients, engaging with C-level executives and other high-level stakeholders.
- Execute value creation strategies for Software & High-Tech companies and Private Equity clients.
- Facilitate complex transactions such as post-merger integrations and carve-outs, focusing on product strategy and operational improvements.
