Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend web development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experienced with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React and Next.js.
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing features.
Responsibility
- Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms for buyers to drive key business metrics such as purchases and engagement.
- Build interactive challenges and reward systems across the buyer ecosystem to encourage ongoing engagement.
- Develop innovative systems and features for the platform.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies.
