  • Shape product strategy and roadmap tradeoffs, including evaluating new payment methods and long-term platform investments
  • Influence go-to-market execution, adoption goals, and product-led revenue growth, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Client Operations
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Risk, Operations, Support, and Client Operations to deliver a scalable, compliant, and durable payments capability — including shaping how the product is operationalized, launched, supported, and scaled over time — as a core differentiator of Wrapbook's payroll platform
  • Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Accounts Payable product
  • Translate company-level strategy into clear product bets, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product judgment, accountability, and growth
  • Establish and maintain success metrics that tie customer outcomes to measurable business impact
  • Set clear expectations for product quality, delivery, and decision-making across the domain
  • Be accountable for the overall performance of the Accounts Payable product, including adoption, usage, customer impact, and driving revenue through product-led growth, while partnering with Finance, Client Ops, and Go-To-Market teams on measurement and prioritization
  • Use data to track and communicate product performance, including adoption metrics, usage trends, cost drivers, and revenue signals that inform investment decisions and roadmap tradeoffs
  • Partner closely with Finance to support forecasting, scenario modelling, and evaluation of investment options, providing product insight on pricing, margin, and P&L decisions
  • Identify and evaluate monetization opportunities and revenue levers, influencing pricing, packaging, and platform decisions through strong product judgment and cross-functional collaboration
  • Balance customer value, platform scalability, operational durability, and cost efficiency when making product investment and sequencing decisions
  • Partner closely with Engineering to balance delivery speed, platform scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency across the Accounts Payable domain
  • Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure payment flows meet regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements
  • Provide dotted-line leadership across Operations, Support, Customer Success, and Client Operations to ensure launches are operationally ready and support models scale effectively over time
  • Define and influence operational success metrics and readiness criteria to ensure new capabilities are durable, supportable, and aligned with product strategy
  • Influence go-to-market strategy by clearly articulating product value, target customers, and adoption paths, partnering with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to drive product-led growth
  • Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding accounts payable and vendor payment workflows
  • Stay informed on trends in B2B payments, fintech infrastructure, and adjacent markets
  • Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to continuously refine roadmap priorities and success criteria
  • 7–10+ years of experience leading product in B2B payments, with deep fluency in fund flows, compliance requirements, cost drivers, and customer needs
  • Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, vendor payments, or card-based payment products
  • Proven experience driving adoption and product-led revenue growth, including influencing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy through strong product judgment and cross-functional partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy to financial outcomes, balancing customer value, delivery speed, platform investment, and cost efficiency
  • Strong execution experience, including standing up or evolving team structures, operational processes, and cross-functional playbooks in complex environments
  • Demonstrated success launching 0→1 product capabilities with limited resources and high ambiguity
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing Product Managers, setting a high bar for product thinking, accountability, and execution
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence, particularly partnering with Engineering, Finance, Risk, Operations, Support, and go-to-market teams in shared-ownership models
  • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity situations, making and defending high-stakes tradeoffs with incomplete data
  • Track record of building and scaling technically complex, regulated, or operationally intensive products
  • Prior experience directly managing P&L or revenue ownership for a product, business line, or domain, and applying that perspective to product strategy and investment decisions
  • Experience evaluating, integrating, or migrating payment processors or payment rails, and making informed build vs. buy tradeoffs
  • Experience building products that solve customer problems utilizing AI.
  • Experience leading teams building with AI as a foundational part of workflow.
  • Experience in the media/entertainment or freelance production ecosystem
